About the RoleThis is a dynamic customer service leadership position that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers
- Respond to phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Address customer requirements and resolve issues efficiently
- Liaise with senior management and other teams to resolve complex customer complaints
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Coordinate staff schedules and resources to meet business demands and annual leave periods
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or Supervisor
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, telesales, and administration processes
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate with knowledge of software applications and good product knowledge
- Ability to show initiative and maintain a positive attitude
