Insurance Client Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Client Coordinator to support our crop insurance sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients and sales team members with gathering and completing required documents for insurance coverage. You will also be responsible for reviewing documents submitted from agents for accuracy and quality control, ensuring they are compliant with Risk Management Agency (RMA), Approved Insurance Provider (AIP) and Compeer Financial standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients and sales team members with gathering and completing required documents for insurance coverage
* Review documents submitted from agents for accuracy and quality control
* Ensure client files are up-to-date and accurate
* Prepare and deliver documents for crop insurance sales team to grow the business and use in client meetings
* Print and highlight insurance documents to assist sales team with client mailings
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration, finance, economics, agriculture or other related field preferred
* Must have a valid crop insurance license or obtain one within three months from the time of hire
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance or Ag related field
* Proficient in a minimum of 2 AIP systems
* Basic agricultural knowledge
* General knowledge of crop insurance programs and information
* Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
* High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) programs
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals and represent the business
* Ability to meet strict non-negotiable deadlines
