Insurance Sales Opportunity

Sihle Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments to understand clients' coverage requirements.
  • Present and explain insurance options to clients, recommending appropriate policies based on their unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product changes to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Must hold a valid Florida insurance license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
