Client Liaison Manager

\t* Serve as the first point of contact for new business enquiries and provide additional support to the broader team by handling overflow from the 1800 general enquiries line.
\t* Draft fee quotes, Funds Management Reports, and fee proposals for prospective clients.
\t* Manage and maintain the New Business Submissions folder, individual client folders, and all associated templates.
\t* Oversee and enhance the onboarding process for PI clients, ensuring continuous improvements to the handover process for Client Managers.
\t* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data in Salesforce.
\t* Track and manage all leads and client interactions.
\t* Manage each new client file, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, filed, and completed to facilitate the setup of new client accounts.
\t* Maintain and manage marketing materials, branded merchandise, and other business development supplies.
