This is an exceptional opportunity to drive organisational capability and create high-performance cultures at Melbourne Airport. As the Head of Learning & Capability, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of world-class learning initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to ensure seamless integration of learning strategies into business operations.
- Learning & Development: Conduct needs assessments, design and deliver tailored leadership, soft skills, team-building, and diversity-focused learning programs that meet organisational needs.
- Diversity & Inclusion Strategy: Lead the execution of Melbourne Airport's D&I strategy, embedding inclusive principles into all learning initiatives.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or a related field, with expertise in designing and implementing multi-modal learning programs, focusing on leadership and management capability.
A strong understanding of adult learning principles, organisational development strategies, and proven ability to develop and lead D&I strategies are highly regarded.
