Learning and Development Expert

Join a leading manufacturing organization in Melbourne's northern suburbs and play a key role in delivering their Learning and Development strategy. With the framework already developed, this role is about execution, turning strategy into meaningful outcomes for the business.

As the Learning and Development Advisor, you'll focus on building engaging, module-based training content and partnering with operational leaders to embed learning initiatives that lift capability across the workforce.

  • Support rollout of the Competency Skills Matrix by partnering with operations teams to assess capability against the framework already built by the L&D and Technical Training Specialist
  • Lead a robust training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities to shape targeted learning programs
  • Design and deliver modular training content, creating practical, easy-to-use resources that drive results on the ground

About You:

Our client is seeking an experienced L&D professional who thrives in hands-on delivery roles. You'll bring a mix of content design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments.

  • Demonstrated experience developing engaging, modular training content
  • Strong ability to conduct training needs analysis and deliver practical solutions
  • Confidence working with leaders, technical experts, and frontline teams
  • A proactive, collaborative style with a passion for making learning accessible and impactful
