We are seeking a Chief Data Insights Strategist to drive data-driven decision making for our clients. As a key member of our Trust and Risk team, you will help Australian businesses, not-for-profits, and governments create value and improve their operations.

Job Description:

As a senior leader in our Data Assurance team, your impact will be seen in:

  • Applying risk and compliance analytics to inform strategic decisions for our clients, enabling them to better manage risks, optimize processes, and build trust with their stakeholders.
  • Leading small to medium-sized teams to co-design, build, and deliver risk and compliance data analytics solutions for our clients.

You will have a strong background in data analytics and relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. With 4-7 years of professional experience leading teams, you are passionate about problem-solving, learning, and applying your skills in data cleansing, wrangling, manipulation, and visualization/analysis.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, are essential. Data is often sourced from multiple systems. Intermediate experience with SQL and MS Excel is required; other experience with Python, R, SAS, data modeling, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar tools is highly regarded.
