Data Insight Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making through the delivery of business intelligence and business analytics solutions.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, streamlining processes, and contributing to impactful analytics projects, while assisting in the development and maintenance of key reports and dashboards.
About the Role- Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSMS, and Report Builder.
- Identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions to optimize organisational workflows while monitoring key performance indicators to track progress.
- Facilitating workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on insights and strategies.
- Leading initiatives that combine BI and BA to address complex challenges and opportunities.
- Conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborating with clinical and operational teams to define organisational data needs and priorities and leverage data for strategic improvement.
- Classification: HS4 - HS29 ($83,657.60 - $92,482 per annum) plus an over award.
- Reporting directly to the Decision Support Unit Manager.
