About the Role

Werribee and Western Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to join our centralised Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining vehicle stock, managing manufacturer incentives, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and process-driven individual to take their career to the next level. As an Inventory Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our dealership runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle stock levels
  • Manage manufacturer incentives and bonuses
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including new vehicle registrations, deal processing, and report preparation
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and manage dealer swaps

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in inventory management or a similar role is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
