Human Resource Specialist Opportunity

This part-time Human Resource Lead position offers a unique chance to shape the HR practices of a growing legal service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering HR services and ensuring compliance with policies and values.

Key responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, providing HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality, and assisting in performance management and training development.

You will need a relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements is essential.

A strong candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
