The successful candidate will play a pivotal role during a period of significant change and restructure, partnering with operational and senior leadership to provide strategic and operational HR support across a complex workforce in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide generalist HR support across a wide portfolio, including employee relations and case management
- Coach and influence business leaders to support people-related decisions and initiatives
- Contribute to change and transformation programs, offering insights and practical solutions
- Interpret and apply HR policies, processes and systems with a shared services mindset
- Lead and support internal HR projects related to continuous improvement and standardisation
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions and provide insight to key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Generalist HR role, ideally within resources or industrial sector
- Strong experience in Employee Relations and Case Management
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across a matrix environment
- Hands-on experience supporting change programs at a business level
- Excellent influencing and coaching skills with demonstrated leadership capability
- Sound understanding of HR systems such as Workday; strong Excel/data capability
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Competitive hourly rates
- Initial 6 month contract with strong potential to be extended
- Flexible working arrangement with 2 days per week WFH for Perth-based role
- Be part of a large and supportive HR team
