Boat Sales Professional

The role of a Boat Sales Specialist involves listing and selling power boats and yachts in the Gold Coast region. As part of this position, you will be responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating viewings and sea trials with potential buyers, negotiating sales, and overseeing the closing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Sales Director to develop sales strategies and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • List power boats and yachts for sale and manage buyer inquiries.
  • Coordinate viewings and sea trials with potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and oversee the finalization process.
  • Builddvelop and maintain relationships with clients, other industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and increase your OTE (On-Target Earnings).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving successful outcomes.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and meeting expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
