We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Operations Manager to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our vessels, ensuring they are well-maintained and operated safely.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a calm and confident presence under pressure.

About the Role
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of vessel operations, including mechanical and electrical systems, guest handovers, and safety protocols
  • Liaise with crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of service and safety standards are maintained
  • Conduct daily pre-starts, shutdowns, and routine maintenance checks to ensure vessels are operational and safe
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve vessel performance, efficiency, and safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master 45 and MED 2 certification
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Understanding of QLD Marine Act, WHS standards, and vessel procedures
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
