About this role:

We are seeking a sales professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work efficiently and accurately, and possess strong communication skills.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and healthy work-life balance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and offering technical advice and support.
    • Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
    • Generate and follow up on leads, maintaining strong relationships with customers.
    • Prepare shipments for dispatch, coordinating logistics as needed.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales experience in the marine industry is highly beneficial.
  • Tech-savviness for customer support is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and computer literacy are mandatory.
