Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and effective administrator to join our team in the Academic Support Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support and advice across a broad range of administrative activities, contributing to the smooth delivery of academic programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate Quality Teachers Practical Assessment (QTPA) and Masters Programs, ensuring student progression and supporting school events.
  • Enhance processes using a continuous improvement and best practice ethos, creating an outstanding customer experience aligned with the University's strategic plan.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
  • Extensive experience providing customer-focused administrative support, including complex scheduling scenarios and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, organize and support events, and utilize databases and Microsoft 365 applications.
