Job Overview

The Academic Support Unit delivers high-level academic support services across multiple campuses. Our team plays a key role in upholding academic quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

As Accreditation Officer, you will provide vital coordination and customer service to support curriculum and external accreditation activities. This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of academic governance and operational excellence within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate accreditation and curriculum-related activities;
  • Support academic governance processes through committee work and policy compliance; and
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of experience and training;
  • Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative roles with a strong customer service focus;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret policy, draft clear documentation, and support committee functions;
  • A high level of digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft 365;
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and respond flexibly to evolving priorities;
  • Experience working within a governance or compliance-focused environment is highly desirable; and
  • Willingness and ability to travel between campuses as required.
