Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable professional to provide administrative coordination and customer service in support of curriculum and external accreditation activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating accreditation and curriculum-related activities, supporting academic governance processes through committee work and policy compliance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and documentation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual with strong administrative expertise to join our team. As Accreditation Support Officer, you will have the ability to manage competing deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and respond flexibly to evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate accreditation and curriculum-related activities;
  • Support academic governance processes through committee work and policy compliance;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of experience and training;
  • Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative roles with a strong customer service focus;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret policy, draft clear documentation, and support committee functions;
  • A high level of digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneNote);
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and respond flexibly to evolving priorities;
  • Experience working within a governance or compliance-focused environment is highly desirable; and
  • Willingness and ability to travel between campuses as required.
