Job Title: OSHC CoordinatorAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OSHC Coordinator to join our team. As an OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Outside School Hours Care service.

You will develop, plan, and deliver daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value. A strong focus on child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting is essential.

The successful candidate will have completed, or be studying towards, a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care, or equivalent. A current Employee Working With Children Check (Blue Card) is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service.
  • Develop and implement high-quality activities for children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Supervise and engage with children during program delivery.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • Current Employee Working With Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
