Job OverviewThis role is an exciting chance to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, where you will be responsible for assisting the Service Coordinator with the daily management of the service and supervision of a team of Educators. You will have the opportunity to develop quality programs, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with policies.
About the Role- Develop and implement high-quality programs for children, fostering their cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
- Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, administrative tasks, and record-keeping.
- Support the Coordinator with staff management and ensure compliance with policies, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all.
- Undertake administrative requirements, including documentation and communication with families and the school community.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (Minimum of Diploma in Children Services), either completed or actively being pursued.
- Proven experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare services.
- Excellent customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with families and the school community.
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain, prioritizing the health and safety of children.
- Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain, adhering to child protection regulations.
