We are seeking a purpose driven Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Springfield. As a Speech Pathologist at Early Start Australia, you will be working across a combination of clinic and mobile services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and adult caseload – providing direct, family based and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
  • Day-to-day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support.
  • Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.
