About the Job

As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms and arrangements, and performing account reconciliations and payment allocations. You will also prepare monthly reports with insights on overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing debtor portfolios to ensure effective account management and timely payments
  • Negotiating payment terms and arrangements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Performing account reconciliations and payment allocations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Preparing monthly reports to provide insights on overdue accounts and inform business decisions

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt recovery and excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
