
Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Lead to oversee our administrative operations and ensure the smooth execution of our day-to-day activities. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
About the RoleThe Administrative Lead will be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff, providing training and support, and overseeing administrative processes and systems. This includes maintaining documentation, tracking KPIs, and preparing reports for senior management. The successful candidate will have experience in administration or office management, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or commercial operations environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all administrative processes, including inventory management, deliveries, invoicing, and compliance.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
- Supervise administration staff, provide training and support, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and track KPIs to inform business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in administration or office management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
