Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Australia. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the planning and coordination of scheduled maintenance for all assigned equipment and machinery.
  2. Develop and manage parts lists and resource allocation for planned component replacement work.
  3. Regularly review defect lists and plan repairs at optimal times to minimize downtime.
  4. Manage and track all planning requirements for service letters, defect sheets, SOS actions, parts, and resource needs.
  5. Implement and maintain process control management and site-based development of processes, including work order processing, warranty handling, and parts returns.
  6. Attend weekly planning meetings and contribute to the discussion.
  7. Participate in tool box and safety meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade (Diesel Fitting) or related discipline.
  • Minimum five years' post-trade experience working with Caterpillar Production Systems.
  • Two years' experience supervising a team providing technical solutions.
