About the Role

Cabrini Health Limited is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will provide strategic guidance and support to directors and people managers across various corporate and healthcare operations portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted adviser to group Directors and portfolio leaders, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conduct, performance, conflict resolution, and disputes, ensuring compliance with policy and enterprise agreements.
  • Develop and implement coaching and development strategies to enhance manager capabilities, mitigate industrial relations risks, and promote best practice management of staff.
  • Contribute to organisational change management activities, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support People and Culture projects and programs, focusing on employee reward and recognition, employee listening, learning and development, and health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of contemporary human resources practices and frameworks, with a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and enterprise agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partnering or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results in a complex operating environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity, with a passion for creating a positive and respectful workplace culture.
