Senior Claims Service Consultant Role

We are seeking a Senior Claims Service Consultant to join our team in Australia.

As a Senior Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring the correct outcome has been made. You will also liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution, prepare and draft appropriate documentation, and develop customer relationships to understand and meet their needs.

About You

  • Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment.
  • Ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
  • Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
  • High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
