About the Role

Cabrini Health Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives and driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters and supporting the development of business strategies.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conduct, performance, conflict resolution, and disputes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, aligning with the organization's vision and values.
  • Contribute to organizational change management activities, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver HR programs, including employee reward and recognition, learning and development, and health and wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role, with a strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and awards.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues and drive business outcomes.
