**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and highly organized individual to support health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives on major projects. This is an entry-level role for a motivated professional with qualifications (min. Cert IV WHS) and 1-3 years of experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HSE advice and support to project teams
  • Train and mentor staff on safety and compliance
  • Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and investigations
  • Manage subcontractor WHS evaluations and ensure compliance with safety systems and site safety documentation
  • Liaise professionally with clients
  • Prepare and provide reports for client and company reporting needs
  • Conduct Tool Box sessions
  • Review Work Packs, Work Plans, and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and facilitate improvements as needed
