Job Title: Workplace Experience Facilities Coordinator
">- We are seeking a skilled facilities administrator to join our team at Sodexo. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities administration, customer service, and maintenance coordination.
Duties Include:
">- Organising regular on-going maintenance including repairs and upgrades ensuring work meets required standards and SLA's
- Invoicing and PO creation
- Liaise with contractors and maintenance personnel ensuring they are correctly inducted for site visits
- Be aware of WHS requirements
- Closing out completed work and processing contractor invoices
- Responsible for monthly reporting
- Undertakes regular site walks to identify and address OH&S or maintenance issues.
- Create new and review work orders and assigns work orders to subcontractors and vendors.
- General admin and Ad hoc finance duties. May include invoicing, receipting, and following up on purchase orders
- Assist in the management of contractors including safety inductions, allocation of keys and access cards
