Clinical support from a care manager, quality specialist, and registered nurses is available to facilitate high-quality care for residents.
This position requires an experienced facility manager seeking a new challenge. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent resident care.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the facility, overseeing staff management and performance, and maintaining high standards of care for residents.
Requirements- Demonstrated leadership skills as a DON or facility manager with experience in overseeing operations and performance.
- Proven ability to manage staff, maintain quality standards, and provide superior communication skills.
- Registered nurse with AHPRA registration required.
- Above industry standard salary on offer plus superannuation.
