We are seeking a Program and Event Coordinator to lead the planning of unforgettable excursions for children and parents. As a key member of our team, you will drive profitable programs that align with our vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging excursions that spark curiosity, joy, and childhood memories.
- Coordinate local sports and entertainment providers to deliver seamless onsite incursions.
- Partner with marketing colleagues to develop innovative children's craft activities.
- Develop strategic program roadmaps infused with fun and adventure.
- Collaborate across departments to bring creative ideas to life.
- Analyse feedback and data to optimize every experience.
- Align programs with national events and local school experiences.
- Support venue safety risk assessments to ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Negotiate with commercial partners to drive value and differentiation.
- 2-3 years' experience in events or marketing.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to source and negotiate with suppliers.
- Strong data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- A degree in business, events, or marketing is advantageous.
