**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join our BEN+ Program.

This is a 12-month full-time, fixed-term opportunity that will involve working closely with various teams to enhance our risk capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

As an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for performing research and interviews to determine business requirements and translating them into epics and stories.

You will also draft and distribute project communications, support Organisation Change management where necessary, and work to drive utilisation, adoption, and proficiency of change-impacted personnel.

In addition, you will perform gap analysis against 10 Data Management principles with Business System Owners, Process Owners, Domain owners, and Business SMEs.

Ultimately, your goal will be to assist the project in meeting schedule, business, and budget objectives.

**Key Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and process/systems implementation;
  • Demonstrable experience effectively influencing and leading multiple levels of an organisation through functional boundaries;
  • Strong communication skills, including prioritising, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship building;
  • Business analysis experience, including experience with Business Process Re-engineering / improvement techniques (e.g. TQM, Six Sigma, Lean);
  • Previous working knowledge of Data Analysis/Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. data manipulation, reporting, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analysis);
  • Understanding of key Agile concepts and/or experience with leading or operating in an Agile environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
