The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our dedicated YSS team to develop and implement effective support plans, promoting positive life outcomes for young individuals and their families.

As a Youth Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing case management services to young people aged 10-18 who are at risk of entering the youth justice system
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual
  • Collaborating with other service providers to ensure comprehensive support and care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress
