Job Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the development of the Training Capability as part of the Support Systems team.

  • Lead a diverse team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities.
  • Strategic planning and capability development covering the people, process, and tools aspects.
  • Drive competency development for training specialists.
  • Provide recommendations on tools and standards adoption.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery.
  • Recognised expert in training operations & management with at least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment.
  • Proven experience in analysis and design of training curricula and/or developing training media.

Candidates must meet Defence security requirements and achieve AGSVA NV1 clearance.
