As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we deliver nationally accredited and industry-specific rail training programs while also providing engineering, construction, and maintenance services throughout Australia and internationally.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Rail Industry Technical Trainers/Assessors to join our Brisbane team on an ongoing casual/contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals who want to:

  • Deliver Rail based technical training and assessment for local Rail programs including Trackside Safety, SARC, WET, RCPO, Protection Officer and Communications.
  • Support workforce capability across a growing rail industry.
  • Work flexibly with an organisation committed to quality, safety, and professional development.
What You Will Bring
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116, or TAE40110 with TAELLN401/411 and TAEASS502).
  • Qualification in Rail related qualifications is an advantage.
Must have
  • Current or recent rail industry experience.
  • Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training for operational contexts.
