Operational Trainer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise as an Operational Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver group and one-on-one training sessions on-site and on-road to enhance the knowledge and competence of our team members.
  • Provide coaching in critical operational areas such as chain of responsibility, fatigue management, and compliance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments for drivers and forklift operators to verify their qualifications and abilities.
  • Support team members in understanding and applying policies, regulations, and legislation to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with branch leaders to identify and address skill gaps, promoting staff development and capability.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the heavy vehicle industry.
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122).
  • A valid HR license (MC preferred) and forklift license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and training.
