Job Title: Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator. This role involves working in our workshop, ordering parts, and performing associated administration tasks.

This is a secure, permanent position working Monday to Friday, providing a stable work environment with opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unpack parts deliveries
  • Verify parts against orders
  • Distribute parts to the relevant areas of the workshop
  • Manage awaiting parts and credits
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping on our computer system

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role or store person position an advantage
  • Intermediate level computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
