We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure sector in Perth.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Quantity Surveying, preferably from complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties
  • Estimate costs and produce the final cost plan
  • Tender and procure contracts, managing the pre-qualification stage and tender analysis
  • Deal with post-contract cost variances and change control processes
  • Prepare and present monthly post-contract cost reports to clients
  • Negotiate and agree final accounts
  • Lead a cost management team (where appropriate)
  • Support new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree qualification in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
  • MRICS accreditation or similar (preferred)
  • Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working on Infrastructure projects
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
