Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across APAC and business units to understand their financial needs and provide tailored advice and reporting.
  • Provide commercial support to business unit heads using financial data to inform decision-making and improve overall business performance.
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating and proofing all commercial inputs.
  • Manage the delivery of month-end process across three regions, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of results.
  • Consolidate monthly financial results, preparing management and group reporting.
  • Support the Head of Finance and Financial Accountant for annual audit and assist in delivering year-end group reporting and statutory accounts within agreed timelines.
  • Act as a bridge between the finance department and other business units to collaborate and educate staff on financial strategies and objectives.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate negative impacts.
  • Build detailed reporting and analysis for major tours, productions, and events.
  • Partner with Account Management & Sales teams to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue while remaining competitive.
