About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance business partner to join our organisation.

  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision making.
  • Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives through process improvements, efficiency gains, and procurement best practices.
  • Take ownership of plant-level profit and loss responsibility, driving growth and profitability.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience as a finance business partner, with a strong understanding of core business principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A high degree of organisational proficiency, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Australian accounting standards and advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and discretion, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Desirable: Experience with SAP and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
