We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team as a Diversity/Class Teacher.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting students and teachers in addressing learning needs, with a focus on English and Mathematics. This role is focused on providing inclusive education and creating a supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • A sound knowledge of and commitment to Catholic education principles and relevant qualifications.
  • A high standard of competency and proficiency as a teacher, familiar with best practice in developing literacy and numeracy skills of students with learning difficulties.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of targeted feedback and data to inform teaching and learning, creating differentiated teaching programs for all students.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience in planning, preparing, delivering, and evaluating learning.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional learning as a member of a professional learning community.
  • A willingness to contribute to the broader aspects of school life.
