Inclusion Support Educator Position

We are seeking an Inclusion Support Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about ensuring all children have equitable access to quality education and care.

This part-time position involves working with early childhood education and care services to implement individualised support plans for children with additional needs.

  • Responsibilities include collaborating with educators, families, and specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Provide guidance and support to educators in adopting inclusive practices, promoting meaningful engagement in the learning environment.
  • Assist in sourcing specialist equipment and resources to facilitate inclusion, in line with programme guidelines.
  • Promote understanding and awareness of inclusion within the community, advocating for the rights and needs of all children.
About You
  • You will need experience in supporting children with additional needs.
  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Education Support would be beneficial.
  • Current First Aid training and CPR Certification are essential.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check is also required.
  • Familiarity with EYLF and NQS principles is desirable.
  • A commitment to upholding child-safe practices is essential.
