Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated educator to deliver high-quality, inclusive education and care at our campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised education and care for children with complex behaviours and additional needs.
  • Foster social, emotional, and educational development using trauma-informed practices.
  • Partner with families and campus teams on individualised support plans.
  • Contribute to campus quality improvement and inclusion strategies.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.

About You
  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood, Disability Support, or Allied Health.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs (2+ years desirable).
  • Passion for inclusion, child safety, and fostering equitable learning opportunities.
  • Strong communication, reflective practice, and collaborative mindset.
