Job Description

As a Sales and Lending Professional, you'll be part of our Associates Team, focusing on setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our Aussie and Lendi brokers across the country.

You'll handle inbound customer enquiries, make outbound contact with leads, and develop a solid foundation in sales, gaining an intimate knowledge of home lending and the Australian mortgage market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect customers over the phone, discussing their lending needs and identifying opportunities for customers to refinance existing loans or obtain finance for new purchases.
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.
  • Leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment.
Qualifications

We're looking for final year university students, new graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.

Full-time office attendance is required during your first three months to immerse you in the business. Following this, high performers will have access to hybrid working options.
