Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Associate team. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our Aussie and Lendi brokers across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their lending needs
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
- Leverage your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, retail, or customer service, and an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry. Full-time office attendance is required during the first three months to immerse you in the business, with hybrid working options available for high performers.
