Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Alice Springs, Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong project management skills and experience to lead construction projects, manage project teams, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relative experience in operations, maintenance, and construction or engineering, with demonstrated knowledge, experience, and understanding of schedule, scope, and budget management.

Main responsibilities include providing technical, scope, budget, design, safety, and schedule advice to subcontractors, stakeholders, and clients; managing project scope and ensuring adherence to contractual baselines; conducting weekly meetings with subcontractors and customer representatives; establishing, tracking, and reporting status against key performance indicators; and demonstrating command of schedule goals, key milestones, and approach to work embodied in the schedule.

A key aspect of this role is to provide exceptional leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across all stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Manual Driver's License
  • NT Construction White Card (or interstate equivalent)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management (desirable)
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2 etc.) (desirable)
