Position Overview
We are excited to present a part-time role for a proactive and skilled business administrator to collaborate with our General Manager as an integral member of the leadership team at our Mildura facility. As a Customer Service Consultant, your contributions will be vital to the effective functioning of our operations. You will enhance both employee and resident experiences through various responsibilities.
Employee Engagement
- Managing scheduling and payroll processes
- Overseeing training and compliance
- Supporting Human Resources functions
Resident Engagement
- Conducting tours and facilitating admissions
- Handling agreements and ensuring a positive customer journey

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment initiatives
- Manage scheduling and payroll support
- Serve as the welcoming face of the facility at the reception
- Oversee resident administration, including inquiries and admissions, while maintaining occupancy targets
- Provide a warm and informative introduction to prospective residents and their families
Candidate Profile
- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
- Patience and a positive attitude are essential for this rewarding environment
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on diplomacy and a proactive approach
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with payroll systems and administrative requirements in regulated industries is advantageous
