
Senior Land Development and Infrastructure Projects Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. As an experienced Civil Engineer, you will apply essential engineering expertise to a wide range of projects across NSW. Your day-to-day tasks will be diverse and offer valuable experience.
- Performing design and project management tasks for the delivery of land development and infrastructure related projects from initiation through to construction.
- Preparation and update of civil engineering documentation including design reports, cost estimates, specifications, tender documentation, programs and schedules.
- Applying civil engineering knowledge to various works which may include engineering drawings, calculations, reports, design criteria, to support engineering projects related to land development and infrastructure.
- Performing site supervision and quality control inspections of civil infrastructure and land development projects, including adherence to design specifications, safety protocols and Local/State Government standards.
- Assisting in the review of engineering drawings and submittals, responding to requests for information, preparing site observation reports, and performing other contract administration tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in civil engineering, project management, and/or site supervision of land development and civil infrastructure projects.
- Professional registration with Engineers Australia or eligibility for membership.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the interpretation and application of relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
- Strong technical expertise and ability to produce accurate design documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in time management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage resources and delegate tasks effectively.
