Project Manager: Engineering Design Team

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position involves overseeing the design of land development projects, working closely with clients, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing construction drawings and engineering calculations for land development projects
  • Leading and mentoring junior engineers to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects
  • Developing and refining organizational processes and engineering standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of North Carolina or ability to obtain one immediately
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in land development design and project management
