Land Development and Infrastructure Specialist

About this Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Land Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing engineering plans and specifications, leading project design and layout, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering plans and specifications in a collaborative environment
- Lead the development of preliminary layouts, design concepts, and detailed design drawings
- Complete Due Diligence Reports and preliminary cost estimates
- Manage quality control procedures and recommend QC process enhancements
- Train and mentor junior staff on technical aspects and policies
Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering or related degree
- 5+ years of increasing engineering experience on complex projects
- PE licensure expected or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, Excel, and hydrology and hydraulic modeling software
