Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a charismatic Front Desk Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the front desk and drive sales results.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the sales team, with a strong focus on training, mentoring, and developing the Guest Experience Host team. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including greeting and registering owners and guests, managing bookings, and providing information on local area attractions.
They will work closely with the Front Office Manager to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar hotel position, proven ability to achieve targets in a GEH or similar sales-focused role, and genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Guest Experience Host team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including booking management and guest registration.
- Work closely with the Front Office Manager to achieve targets and develop team members.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
- Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
- Proven ability to achieve targets in a GEH or similar sales-focused role.
- Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to success.
